1. Services
We provide professional in-home wellness and spa services, including massage therapies, body treatments, and beauty services. All services are delivered by trained professionals at the location specified during booking.
2. Appointments & Bookings
* Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or authorized channels.
* Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
* Please ensure correct address, contact details, and preferred service selection at the time of booking.
3. Payment Policy
* Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your appointment.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
* Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least (2/3) hours before the appointment time.
* Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
* Any last-minute booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.
* Last-minute bookings refer to appointments scheduled within the minimum cancellation window.
5. No-Show Policy
If the client is unavailable at the scheduled time or does not respond upon therapist arrival, it will be treated as a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable and charged in full.
6. Client Responsibilities
* Clients must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for the service.
* Any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities must be disclosed prior to the treatment.
* We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.
7. Professional Conduct
We maintain strict standards of professionalism and respect. Any misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or harassment toward our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
8. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
Our services are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have serious medical concerns.
9. Arrival, Setup & Waiting Time
* Our therapists may arrive 10–15 minutes prior to the appointment for setup.
* Clients are requested to be ready at the scheduled time to avoid delays.
* If therapists are required to wait due to client unavailability, a waiting charge of ₹2000 per hour will apply.
* Delays may result in reduced treatment time to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are limited due to therapist scheduling, travel, and preparation:
* Cancellations made within the allowed notice period (2/3 hours) may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
* Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
* No refunds will be provided for:
- Last-minute bookings
- Late cancellations
- No-shows
- Change of mind after confirmation
- Client delays reducing service time
- Unsuitable service environment upon arrival
- Services already delivered
11. Liability
While we take every precaution to provide safe and effective services, The Wellness Hour is not liable for:
* Pre-existing medical conditions
* Undisclosed allergies or sensitivities
* Loss or damage to personal belongings during service
12. Privacy Policy
All personal information shared with us is kept confidential and used only for booking, communication, and service delivery. We do not share client data with third parties.
13. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if policies are violated or if circumstances prevent safe service delivery.
